Trek Shatili - Omalo

Our 2009 trekking tour will take you both in the Tusheti and Khevsureti region. Shatili in the West and Omalo in the East are the only real villages along the route, which makes for a genuinely challenging outdoor experience. If you really want to get off the beaten track, here's your chance.
This is a long distance, self-supported trekking, which means walking for 5-6 hours with a 15 kg rucksack.
The most challenging part is the Atsunta Pass (3431 mts), where the path will be barely visible and snow can be found even in the summer.
